Unless you’ve lived under a rock during the early part of this year, you are well aware of the increase in home foreclosures. It is a phenomenon that isn’t expected to turn around until early 2010 according to some experts.
Since I live in only one spot in the United States, Reno, NV, I can only speak about my city. Foreclosures have hit every neighborhood regardless of demographics.
People are actually giving away their homes to avoid foreclosure. I don’t have enough investors or buyers to grab up all of them. Supply is outstripping demand. Pure and simple economics means money can be made if you know how to do a foreclosure deal.
People in foreclosure have any number of remedies available to them. Reinstatement, forbearance, repayment plans, mortgage modification, sell the home, deed in lieu of foreclosure, short sale and, of course, just walking away.
I am in no way implying this is a walk in the park or piece of cake. You have to do a lot of leg work, have the proper forms and know what to say to the lender to get the house at your price or as close to it as humanly possible.
Because this mess is so prevalent and I can’t work every city in every state, I decided to mentor up to 20 people in the fine art of becoming a foreclosure entrepreneur. The truth is your first task will be to help those people who want to keep their home keep their home.
Even in this crazy market there are people who are facing foreclosure who don’t want to lose their home. I know how to help them and so far have been successful helping them. I make my money from those folks who don’t want to keep their home.
You can say I have the best of both worlds. I help people who want help and make money from those who don’t want help. If you are willing to spend some time learning the tricks of the trade, I will teach you.
I bring all of my knowledge from my days as a mortgage lender and real estate broker to the table. I will teach you how to tell a good deal from a bad deal by going to one website that is specific to your county. It has a ton of information and in about three minutes you will know if that property you are considering is a good or bad deal.
I will give you my private cell phone number and private website address so we can communicate on an at least weekly basis. The one thing I can’t give you is a guarantee you will succeed. I don’t know you so I don’t know if you will actually work the program. But, if you do work it, you will reap the rewards.
Email foreclosure@reno.com if you want more program details.
